Cancellations & Refunds
If you should have to cancel your event, notification in writing should be sent to gilbertsbayview@yahoo.com. Please make sure you state the name of the event in the subject line of your email.
All event cancellations must be made in writing. Email is acceptable.
Refunds will be granted up to 15 days prior to the start of an event.
Cancellations made 15-30 days prior to a program will be subject to 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations received 14 days or fewer before the program will not receive a refund.
